Gold Coast couple’s wedding saved from wild wet weather at Miami
15.10.2017
Luke and Staci Murphy had planned to marry on the beach at Miami in the sunshine but when the weather turned wild, cafe Piccolo Espresso came to the rescue.
“My beautiful couple had spent months and months planning their dream wedding on the beach and due to the dreadful rain they obviously couldn’t, so within 20 minutes notice, they (Piccolo Espresso) let us have the ceremony in their undercover courtyard.
“Many of the guests held up umbrellas for the bride and bridesmaids to get out of the limo.”
“I was so proud to be a Gold Coaster and being part of strangers coming together to help and support each other.”
I was truly honoured and delighted to perform this beautiful wedding for Britt and Ryan at the stunning St Bernard’s Hotel, with breathtaking views over the Gold Coast. It was a cool, crisp day, blue skies, sun shining and love and laughter in the air. Their ceremony was fun and meaningful with memories made to last a life time.

A gorgeous wedding on the crochet lawn at Coolibah Downs Private Estate.
Jess and Bryce had such a beautiful ceremony thanks to the lovely Robyn Elizabeth Wagner and we just loved the black and white styling throughout the wedding. Another special mention to Ecofetti Australia for the great confetti celebration at the commencement of their ceremony.
We just love the new rainforest bridge location at Coolibah Downs.
We wish you both all the happiness in the future and hope you love your photos for eternity! Sharon & Em xx
